What a launch needs.
What UMAY handles.

Check demand, prepare your company and product, open a store and organize orders. We bring these tasks into one plan, prepare independent stages in parallel and coordinate providers.

Illustrative calculation

Kazakhstan, one product category. We compare preparation and coordination services. All timings and prices below are model assumptions. This is neither market statistics nor an offer from UMAY. Time is shown in calendar days.

TaskIndependently, exampleWith UMAY, example

01. Check demand

Independently, example
7days1 200USDAssumption

Find data on local platforms and compare products, prices and competitors. Identify which sales figures are confirmed and which are estimated.

With UMAY, example
5days900USDAssumption

We study the agreed category and connect demand with your product cost and selling expenses from the start.

OutcomeProducts and channels for launch, cost estimates and evidence for your decision.

02. Prepare company registration

Independently, example
14days900USDAssumption

Establish whether a local company is needed. Find a specialist, prepare the foreign founder's documents and arrange accounting.

10days650USDAssumption

Understand certification and labeling. Coordinate transport, customs documents and warehouse receiving across different providers.

With UMAY, example
7days550USDAssumption

We bring product requirements, the route and warehouse receiving into one plan. Documents are prepared before shipment and responsibilities are assigned.

OutcomeAn import plan covering documents, route, responsibilities and costs before shipment.

04. Prepare the store

Independently, example
7days550USDAssumption

Check seller eligibility, submit the application, prepare local-language listings, set prices and choose a dispatch process.

Kaspi requires at least 20 days of actual sales through Kaspi Pay in the past 2 months. This is a platform condition that UMAY cannot bypass. [3]

With UMAY, example
5days450USDAssumption

We check requirements and support the application. Listings, prices and order procedures are prepared alongside other launch stages.

OutcomeApplication, listings and order procedures ready. Platform approval and the start of sales are not included in the day estimate.

05. Plan warehousing and delivery

Independently, example
7days400USDAssumption

Find a warehouse and agree receiving and picking. Connect inventory, delivery and returns so orders do not get lost between providers.

With UMAY, example
4days350USDAssumption

We connect the entire chain around your product and shipment size, defining how orders and data pass between the warehouse, delivery provider and store.

OutcomeA product flow plan, operation tracking, providers and costs for each stage.

06. Prepare promotion

Independently, example
7days700USDAssumption

Adapt materials for local customers. Choose advertising channels, budget, providers and performance measures.

With UMAY, example
5days600USDAssumption

We prepare marketing materials alongside store listings, agree channels and budget, and connect advertising reports with sales and costs.

OutcomeA prepared campaign, clear costs and a report to inform next steps.

Illustrative total

Sum of the durations of 6 tasks performed sequentially.

Independently, example

52 days4 400 USD

With UMAY, example

33 days3 600 USD

Difference in this model only

19 days800 USD

This is not the actual duration of a full launch or guaranteed savings. Parallel work needs a separate schedule; independent teams can also run tasks in parallel.

Amounts include only assumed preparation and coordination fees. They exclude inventory, government fees, banking, notary fees, translation, certification, transport, actual storage and order handling, advertising spend and platform fees. Waiting for state registration, banking, certification, transport or platform decisions is excluded from the timings.

Compare two launch plans

Enter time and price from two proposals with the same scope. Use calendar days and USD service fees. You can compare time or cost alone by completing both fields in that pair. The button fills in the illustrative totals from the table above.

This compares entered terms; it is not a UMAY rate or guarantee. Include product cost, government fees, advertising and shipping consistently in both scenarios.

Sources and comparison limits

Separate external benchmarks are shown below. They are not used as inputs in the illustrative table: all table figures are assumptions.

  1. [1] Market size research. Mosaic: 1 week, from approximately 1,340 USD. This is desk research on market size, structure and trends, not a complete market entry study for a Chinese product. The week has not been converted into business days. Price checked on 23 October 2026; its approval date is not stated.
  2. [2] Standalone registration of a non-resident LLP. KCSO, price list dated 20 August 2026: 785 USD for one founder, 865 USD for multiple founders; 1-2 days. The column does not specify business or calendar days. Document preparation, translation and notary fees are separate; scope and when the clock starts must be confirmed with the provider. This is not the full cost or duration of opening a business.
  3. [3] Kaspi requirement. Non-resident onboarding and sales days through Kaspi Pay: at least 20 days with actual sales in the past 2 months. This is not an application processing time. Approval is the platform's decision.
  4. USD conversion. The research price uses the National Bank of Kazakhstan rate on 23 October 2026: 447.94 local currency units per USD. The conversion is rounded and excludes bank fees.
  5. Comparison limits. Examples from different providers cannot be combined into one package or treated as evidence of savings with UMAY. Total timing depends on sequential and parallel stages, document readiness and decisions by government, banks and platforms.

Start at the stage you need.

Assess a product

Category, competitor and price research, cost estimates and recommendations. For choosing a market before you are ready to ship.

Prepare a launch

Company and documents, shipping, warehousing, store setup and order preparation. Scope tailored to the country, product and platform.

Manage sales

Store, orders, returns, promotion and reports. Individual tasks or support across several areas.

Each format is defined for your project. A trial shipment is a separate decision and is not a requirement for starting work.

Country, platform
and delivery must
work together.

Choose a country to research. For each, we check seller requirements, available platforms, documents and delivery. A platform appearing in the research does not mean a store can be opened in every country.

A plan for your product

Limits
We do not promise ready-made platform access or warehousing in advance. Launch feasibility is confirmed after checking requirements.

Mentioning a platform does not imply a partnership with UMAY or automatic onboarding. We check the conditions for selling your product in each country. Warehouses or services in one country do not imply availability in others.

C / 03 Preparing for dispatch Illustrative process

From receiving stock
to customer returns.

The warehouse holds stock. Fulfillment prepares orders. Delivery gets them to customers. We define who handles each operation and how product handovers are recorded.

  1. Receiving

We check the shipment against documents and record quantities, packaging, visible damage and discrepancies.

  2. Inventory and storage

We put goods away and track movements, available stock, reservations and defects. Conditions are selected for the product.

  3. Picking

We receive the order, pick the items and check completeness.

  4. Packing and labeling

We prepare shipments to meet product and channel requirements.

  5. Delivery handover

We record contents, date and recipient for each shipment or order, and track statuses and exceptions.

  6. Returns

We inspect the product, record its condition and agree resale, rework, removal or write-off.

Inventory storage
and parcels awaiting collection.

We select a third-party or marketplace warehouse. Before shipping, we confirm the address, capacity, storage conditions, records and operations for your product.

Storing inventory
Shipment receiving, put-away and inventory tracking. We agree product requirements, access procedures and stock movement documents.
Fulfillment
Product picking, order assembly, packing, labels and delivery handover. Operations and provider are confirmed separately.
Holding parcels for collection
The order is already prepared for the customer. We define holding time, collection rules and uncollected parcel returns. This is separate from inventory storage.

The right provider
for the route and order.

We help choose address delivery or a pickup point. Available operations, coverage, rates and timing are confirmed for your shipment before handover.

Courier delivery

Delivery to an address

We arrange handover of prepared orders to a courier. Collection, address, timing, tracking and returns are agreed in advance. Shipment storage, picking and labeling are priced separately.

International transport from China and customs are agreed as separate route stages.

Pickup point delivery

Collection at a pickup point

We select an available route to pickup points. We define who delivers the parcel to the point, how long it is held and how uncollected orders are returned.

Parcel holding at a pickup point is accounted for separately from warehouse inventory storage.

How costs are calculated.

Storage depends on volume or space and duration; picking depends on orders and items per order; delivery depends on route, actual or volumetric weight and package count. Shipment collection, packaging and returns are priced separately unless included in the agreed rate. The proposal lists included operations to avoid charging for the same service twice.

What we agree before handover.

Coverage and limits, warehouse collection, packaging, status updates, rate inclusions, parcel holding and reverse delivery. Opened parcels, defects and claims have separate procedures.

The plan names providers and responsibilities. Page illustrations explain the process and are not footage of operating warehouses.

Who is responsible
at each stage.

Before starting, we identify participants and their scope. We define UMAY's work, your team's inputs and the tasks handled by agreed specialists.

Roles in the agreed plan

01

Project coordinator

The overall plan, responsibilities, timings, approvals and period reports. One point of contact for UMAY's work.

02

Task specialists

Analyst, lawyer, accountant, carrier, warehouse, store team and marketing team. Required roles are included in the agreed scope.

03

Your team

Product and cost data, documents, access and decisions on expenses, prices, shipments and next steps.

These are roles. Specific participants, communication channels and reporting procedures are confirmed for the chosen country and services.

Before the first
step.

What to know
before discussing your product.

Discuss my product
We are a small company. Where do we start?

Share your catalog, product cost and description. You can start with research into one category and cost estimates. There is no need to ship goods before deciding to launch.

Can we request a single service?

Yes. We can discuss research, costing, store preparation, a warehouse plan or an individual operational task. Its outcome and boundaries are defined before work begins.

Can we start with research without shipping?

Yes. We choose a category and country, check available data and estimate costs. You decide on shipping after reviewing the research.

Do you register companies and handle accounting?

If the project requires this structure, registration and accounting with specialists are included in the plan. The proposal states who does the work, which documents are needed and which costs are separate.

Do you know competitors' exact sales?

We use available platform data, prices and reviews. Where sales are modeled, we label them as estimates and explain the basis. Your store's actual sales after launch are shown separately.

How is a warehouse different from a pickup point?

A warehouse receives and stores inventory. Fulfillment picks and packs orders. A courier delivers prepared orders to an address, while a pickup point holds parcels for customer collection. Operations, costs and returns are agreed separately for each stage.

Can we add promotion and customer support?

These can be added as separate services. Providers, channels, materials, budget and measurement are agreed before activation. Support languages and hours are also defined.

Who pays platform and contractor fees?

All items are shown in the budget separately from UMAY fees. Additional expenses are agreed before payment.

How long does a launch take?

Timing depends on the country, product, document readiness, transport and platform decisions. A schedule is prepared after reviewing the inputs.

Do you guarantee profit?

Sales depend on demand, price, competitors and costs. We are responsible for the agreed work. You decide on investment and future shipments based on estimates and results.

Can we enter several countries at once?

Documents, rules, payments and delivery are checked separately for each country. The initial market and expansion sequence are selected for your product and budget.
